Blended malt whisky comprising of Nc’nean and Dornoch. Possibly the first fully organic blended malt, certainly the first from the highlands. Bottled at 48.5%ABV. The Nc’nean was from a FF ex-Bourbon barrel which had been previously fermented with 3 different yeast varieties. The Dornoch portion came from a leaky ex-PX butt that was then disgorged into an ex-Sherry HHD and an ex-Laphroaig HHD.
