Two releases, both lightly peated, distilled on the same day, using the same cut points, and both matured in identical ex-red wine STR casks. Both whiskies have been casked at 63.5%ABV. The only difference is that the Down’ard has been matured in the lower part of the dunnage warehouse, and the up’ard has been matured in the upper part of the dunnage warehouse.
