Triple distilled post still whiskey produced at the Midleton distillery in Cork. Matured in a mix of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks before a finishing period in casks that have previously contained Zinfandel red wine casks from Chateau Montelena in California. Bottled at 46%ABV.
