Distilled in 2019 and left to mature for 3 years. This is a ‘Turfed’ release meaning that there is some peat influence in there. The mashbill consists of 3 sacks of unmalted barley, 7 sacks of smoked malted barley, 2 sacks of oats, 1 sack of wheat, and 1 sack of rye. Matured in a single 200L ex-Bourbon barrel and bottled at 60.41%ABV.
