Matured at distillery 128 in Wales. We can’t say what distillery, but there weren’t many Welsh distilleries back in 2013, so it should be easy to figure out. We find some of these single casks from this distillery can be pretty legendary. This one has been initially matured in an ex-Bourbon hogshead and then finished in an ex-Tawny Port cask. Super rich, jammy, butterscotch, and a bit of menthol. Bottled at 58.3%ABV.
