Distilled using 100% malted barley at the Copperworks distillery in Seattle. Matured for 4 years and 9 months including a finishing period in a centuries old Colour cask. Bottled at 50%ABV. Very intense Sherry influence on this one, lots of sultanas, burnt fruit cake, old wood, balsamic, and rancio notes.
