Single pot still whiskey distilled at the Midleton distillery in Cork. . Bottled at 59.1%ABV. This isn’t the oldest Redbread about, but it has long been my favourite. Released in 2021, and increasingly rare. Matured in ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks. There’s not a huge Sherry influence on this so the classic Midleton pot style really shines through.
