Single malt produced at the Shizuoka distillery which is known for using some of the old equipment from the fabled Karuizawa distillery. Located in the mountainous Oku-Shizu region of Shizuoka prefecture. Distilled using the wood fired pot still at the distillery and fully matured in ex-Bourbon barrels. Bottled at 55.5%ABV.
