A rare style of whisky from the White Peak distillery. Unusually for this distillery, they have produced this expression using 100% unpeated barley, and they have also chosen to use a heritage variety of barley called Chevalier which hasn’t really been used in distillation since the 1920s. Fully matured in ex-Bourbon casks and bottled in 2026 at 57.3%ABV.
