Liverpool Whisky Club was founded in 2022 and has gone from strength to strength in the past few years. We’ve created a nice little community of people in the city who enjoy whisky and want to share this with other likeminded people. We’re a relaxed group, chat a lot of rubbish, and we’re welcoming to all.
We’ve had no issues of people being abusive, racist, homophobic, etc, and we intend on keeping it that way. We also don’t accept people using it as a platform to try and sell things. Please only join the club if you are doing so in good faith.
What do you get for your £30 per year.
10% off all whisky at HopScotch, including most tastings.
Access to the LWC WhatsApp chat.
Break even drams at least once a month. Rare and old whiskies that we make available for members as cost price + VAT. Last one we did was a 28 year old Inchmurrin from Thompson Bros for around £8 (Bottle cost around £220).
5% off bottles of whisky.
Monthly bottle shares. Members bring a bottle along and everyone shares what they have brought. Corkage for these events is £12.
