Distilled using a mashbill of 73% rye, 18% wheat, and 9% malted barley. All grain harvested in the summer of 2019 producing a lighter and more floral style of whisky. Matured in a mix of ex-Bourbon, ex-Sauternes, American STR, and ex-Ramandolo wine casks. Bottled at 50%ABV.
